Admission Procedures

  1. Before filling the application form, please read the prospectus carefully in the Kerala University website.
  2. All the candidates who apply(including management quota)shall register online at the University website before closure of registration at https://www.admissions.keralauniversity.ac.in
  3. The candidate should produce the following documents at the time of interview :
          • Registration print out of University of Kerala
          • University fees-Original bank Challan.
          • Conduct Certificate and Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended.
          • Migration Certificate, Eligibility Certificate and Pass Certificate for students who studied outside Kerala.
          • Pass Certificate (CBSE Students
          • Four copies of mark list and certificates (SSLC & Plus Two mandatory)
          • Four Copies of latest photograph of the applicant.
          • SC, ST candidates should produce recent Community Certificate from the Tahsildar and OBC candidates should produce Community and Income Certificates from the Village Officer.
          • BPL candidates should produce the proof
  4. Admission can be secured only on payment of the first instalment of fees.
  5. Catholic students of the Archeparchy of Changanacherry may fill the management quota form and send it to the Manager,Lourdes Matha College of Arts and Science.
  6. Details regarding residence and change of residence should be communicated to the Principal.
  7. Anyone who secures admission on the basis of erroneous or false information will forfeit his/her seat and be dismissed from the institution. To get weightage for extracurricular activities, such as NCC, NSS, Sports etc., attach attested copies of certificates along with the application form.

Note: the certificates once submitted will not be returned to the students during the programme except when leaving the college. Students are therefore advised to keep attested copies of the certificates before submitting them for admission.
